BG-8 and Aipex8 came over yesterday to hangout and help with some installs. We installed the BHR Midpipe w/CAT, BHR Ignition System, and V-LEDs. We went at it from around 3 PM to 7 PM.
Midpipe install was a breeze with BG-8's help. Two people under the car makes things a lot easier! The quality of the pipe is top notch! the Welds looked great and the sound is lower with an aggressive tone.
Aipex8 the LED Guru, took care of installing the V-LEDs. In the rear he installed backup lights, rear turn signals, resistors and license plate light. Up front he installed front turn signals and fog lights. The fogs would have been a MAJOR PITA for me but Aipex8 made it look simple.
We all had our hands in on the BHR Ignition System install. The install went smooth until the end where we (read me) was not paying attention that the harness that plugs into the throttle body was under the coils. With a little finesse (haha) and BG-8 magic we got the harness out without having to uninstall everything.
My car fired up with no CELS. Idle was quiet, smooth and steady. No issues.
Big thanks to both Aipex8 and BG-8! Both are really patient and have great eye for the small details and willing to do it right. Kind of like me but not so much
We finished the night at Buffalo Wild Wings with some great food and drinks.
Now time for some zoom-zoom

I've had to cut so many wires in my car trying to figure out WTF goes where because SOME PEOPLE's DIY's are so losely described... You know how many green wires with black stripes there are down there?!!?!?!?!?!?! Let me tell you...Enough!
