it lasts awhile. i'm not sure how long exactly. can't remember i think about 4. but it seems a long time. then the banquet seems to go by fast, especially once the raffles are drawn.

Nemesis8, the car show ends about 4:00pm, though I heard this year 5:00pm. I see that your are signed up to get a classy chassis t-shirt and event shirt. To enter the car show you need to fill out the classy chassis pdf form provided on the rotor rally website, and send me a pic of your car, registration, and proof of insurance, to strawburbr@msn.com. The fee for the classy chassis parade and car show is $25.00 if your not getting a packet this year.

Your not planning on attending this years banquet?

Time is running short - TWO MONTHS until the big Rotor Rally at ABF! You don't want to be left out in the cold by not signing up for a package- a check will be made to allow only package owners into the events.

By purchasing a package, you are getting a great deal on the events. For example, the cost of the dinner and lunch would be $50 if you could pay for them separately, but by buying Package #3, you get the dinner and lunch, plus a great T- Shirt and 3 raffle tickets for only $45. You will find similar savings with the other packages.

Also by booking a room at the Red Lion under Rotor Power Northwest room block, you are saving over $100 for each night on the room rate!

So sign up today for a great deal to a great Rotor Rally!

Thanks - I'll get the info to you. The reason I need to know what time to depart after the show, is that I have to make it to Benton City down South that night for dinner. It's about a 120 mile drive.

How do I get the $25 to you?

You can send the fee via pay pal thats on the left of http://nwrotorrally.org/signup.html or you can make a Money Order or check out to RPNW Rotor Rally, and send to the following address.

Thats a bummer you wont be joining us for the whole ABF. If you want an event T-shirt also, since you cant join us I can either save one for you when you arrive or how does $40 sound for both Classy Chasiss and Event shirt. Please fill out PDF file located on the left and send via email or regular mail also, again with registration, Insurance, and a pic of your car. http://nwrotorrally.org/signupProcess.php What a pain huh

Thanks much

Signed

Paid via paypal and the pic and requested info and forms are in the mail. Rooms booked fro friday and saturday nights. Doing the full package for the dyno run to get a baseline on my car. I can imagine there will be lots of hi-po rods there at the dyno. Might feel alittle out of place.
Question: Does the banquet price cover the wife also or am I to make her starve.

I recieved all your info via mail...thanks

I wish the banquet would cover wife or husband. The hotel charges RPNW approx $35.00 for each person that attends the banquet, so no it does not cover for two. Your best bet is to either find me and I will sell you a ticket for your wife, or maybe sign her up for package #3 so that she can recieve lunch, dinner, and a t-shirt for $45.00. You dont want her to starve do you.

You won't feel out of place at all...there are lots of guys that do the dyno that don't have much hp under their hoods. Will make you feel welcomed...no worries.

Some news from the Classy Chassis.

Instead of sending me your proof of insurance, they will be requiring at the time of entering the parade to see your proof of insurance and your vehicle registration. So hey thats good news for those that are rushing to gather up everthing. Still gives you more time to get insurance.

I do though require that the PDF Application, registration, and a photo of your car, for the Classis Chassy be turned into me by April 1st, so that I can send them off. The sooner we get all applications in, we stand a good chance of getting a nice goodie bag.

HOTEL:
For those who have not made reservations, please do so ASAP. We are losing our rooms on April 1st.

Thanks

What are the hours for the car show? I have to be in Grandview, WA. by 6PM Saturday night. That's about 120 miles South of Wenatchee.
