Hovered around 4K all through the gears - man I can hardly wait

It is Mazmart's RE-medy oil pressure mod with modified front and rear regulators. Other than that, you would need to pick Paul's brain, but I heard they keep the secret at Fort Knox, so you will need Goldfinger to get at it.

I dropped one down into that cavern on top of the LIM by the injectors when I was installing my connector hose. Tried everything I could to reach it with someting, heck I even tried to vacuum it out, it is way down in there. Won't hurt it staying there for eternity I guess.
I was looking at the old 2004 parts PDF, and found that the connector hose image there has those pesky yellow clips shown in the graphic. See attached.
Can somebody make a call to their source to confirm 100% that these are to be discarded, even though we all agree they are to be?
I see some close 8 owners, pdxhak and dondo having worries about their plight in getting new motors, and that they get a new connector fuel hose. Am I just being overly crazy about this?

Perhaps I am computer-retarded but I cannot enlarge that pic to see what is shown.
If it is a parts listing, the yellow clips will be illustrated because they will be included with a replacement part. If the hoop is to be removed there will be a "special service note" on that page somewhere noting that the hoop should be discarded prior to installation.
My conclusion that they should be discarded was based on the fact that these same hoops are installed on A/C hoses and when I was performing that particular job operation on the assembly line we actually yanked them off prior to attaching the system hoses and recycled them in a huge plastic bin.
Plus, the hoops are displayed in the 2004 manual yet none of us have them still installed from the factory might support my view.
The only true source to verify would be someone in Japan on the assembly line who performs this specific job function when assembling the RX-8. Even most engineers would not be 100% sure.

That is about right with a decent-running engine. I get 16/23 MPG city/highway, consistently, and my engine is a wee bit "tired".

It has been so long since I experienced this, I almost forgot what it was like to have a normal running engine.
Just to add to my efficiency, I placed an order for the BHR Ignition System today.

Thx, Kev. Lemme go process that order and getcha on the build-up board. We are down to about 2 weeks for ship-outs as long as our suppliers can keep up. We would have 5 kits heading out right now were it not for waiting until 6/2 for their spark plugs to arrive. They ordered their kits between 5/13-5/17.
