Yeah..saw a short clip on that one lane with the car, but not the full clip like this!! HOLY!!! Yup..don't know what those people were thinking..idiots..of course, the main one is the SUV driver..WTF?? Gunning it when you smashed into a pole, then again, when you are facing another pole???

 

It's because it's a steep hill covered with ice and he/she obviously doesn't know how to navigate one. Probably a young driver because the inexperience shows...

 

no, no one had traction on that thing (I saw the clip too). The telling sign was when the subaru was sliding sideways. At that angle you have all the traction you will ever get (and it's a SUBARU) and it only kept accelerating. Notice the fire truck didn't touch it.

Also, I was down in Portland on business, in a hotel up near US 30. the RX-8 stayed in the hotel garage until it all melted, then crept over the newly laid beachfront that ODOT put down. I did, however, have to drive a cargo van around with nothing in it. That was exciting.
