It was in the 60's today... Supposed to be in the low 70's for the BBQ and be up into the low 80's for Friday!

What else is needed for the BBQ tomorrow? I can bring chips and dip and beer or soda.

Kane do you have a beer style preference? We are fortunate enough to get an amazing selection of world class beer up here.

 

Hmm... I am not sure - just bring what you feel like I guess. I drink more rum & coke than beer... but I do love me some Black Horse if you can get it.

 

Not sure if I'm gonna make it afterall... My dog disappeared last night and I'm a wreak. I've been up since 0700 YESTERDAY, looking for him, posting flyers, calling agencies, talking to vets and emergency clinics, posting notices online, etc. I let him out at 2300 last night, as usual, and he did not come back. I was out all night and most of today looking for him in my neighborhood. He is almost 15 yo and can't walk that far, so it is baffling why we are not finding signs of him. The scary thing is that we have had bear sightings in my neighborhood. My brother came to help me and we tackled searching the top of the wooded ridge that I live on. We saw signs of deer, cougar, and, omg... my bro actually stepped in pretty fresh bear skat! You'd think if he got nabbed by a cougar or bear, you'd see signs of struggle, blood, dragging, etc., but nothing.... I am praying that he got tired and confused, sat on someone's doorstep, they took him in and haven't seen the flyers yet, and will call tonight or tomorrow.

So, if I'm up to it tomorrow, I'll be there. Keep your fingers crossed that I get a call tonight
