Hmmm. Well, now you're asking the tough questions. There's gotta be a parking lot at Forest Ridge Park. I don't know the area myself, but it sticks out like sore thumb in streets and trips.

Well, give me a time and place to find...from up here I am totally unfamiliar with the seattle area, so be specific with directions and I'll find you. It would be nice to get a group together though....

Behaving, it's 90 minutes to the ferry dock for you.

Take I5 South to exit 165B, Union St
Turn Left on 2nd Ave.
Turn Right on Madison Ave.
Turn Left on Alaskan Way.
The dock is about 150 yrds down the road.

BTW, our weather forcasts consist of the weather man pulling folded up pieces of paper out of a giant rotating drum.

Ok...I'm locked and loaded...I'll be on that ferry with my lady (the real owner of the car) and a cup of coffee. Weather and people be damned, I've never driven out that way so I'll be armed with a feeble map and willingness to try a new path. Hope more can make it.

Oh, thanks for the map and directions kristopher....big help

So I only made it about halfway toward Seattle. My lady was out late last night drinking so she wasnt in the greatest of spirits so I thought better to turn back then spend another 10 hours in a small space with grumpy. Sorry Kristopher hope you had fun today, only got a few sprinkles up here starting a few minutes ago so I'm sure the drive was great. better luck next time for me....

Lame, lame, lame. I can't believe you both bailed on me. I had to spend the day running aournd with a 2nd gen N/A 7.

The drive was prety good. It got wet just as we got to the really good stuff, but it was fun none the less. I'm thinking Whidbey Island the weekend of 19 Mar. I know there's an INWR meet next weekend.
