Two down, one to go... but which one? (JantzenRX-8's new front bumper)

When I got rear ended the day I bought my car the insurance company wrote me a check for the amount a high priced body shop would have charged. I just put that money straight down on the principal. I should have used it to buy coilovers, but I was so new.

I think i'm going with Mazdaspeed guys but i think i'm going to hold off. I don't really need the front bumper right now and i should probably hold off for a while. My rear spoiler really pisses me off too so that might take precedence over the front bumper.

I know. I'm sitting on a decent chunk of change right now, still have income and got a bit from insurance so it's hard not to. Then again i could pay off the car... nah.
If i did anything it would be just the front or just the spoiler w/ debadge. I wouldn't do both. I wouldn't do the MS spoiler before the MS front though. I may do the lip spoiler before the front but
I'm getting going on the battery re-location thing again. I couldn't work on it with my baby in pieces I need to find a decent aluminum fabricator -- i dont think i want to do it myself anymore. They're too easy to screw up because you cant test fit them until they're done and aluminum is expensive!

Jantzen,
Do you need help sourcing a shop? If you have drawings made up, I know a handful of places that could produce that part for you. You're probably just talking about that sheet metal piece right? The rest of the assembly looks straight forward?
The sheet metal piece looks like a water jetted shape and bend it in the break kind of thing? They shouldn't charge too much, machine set up usually is the expensive part and most regular shops only charge $50 for that. So you should have them made in like batches.

I'm going through with this now with my trunk due to removal of the OE spoiler, here you go
I got a few estimates to weld and paint my trunk and the quotes are ridiculous! I believe the most expensive was $970.
The weld/paint is going to cost the most. They also have to paint inside the trunk so that adds to the overall costs. If you are going with a new spoiler then least expensive solution is to find one with that uses/cover the existing holes and then respray. The respray should be less than $400.
I have a replica mint blue spoiler that I'm toying with and may do a some work to it to make it my own. A coworker of mine knows how to paint and has a high quality gun so if it works out I may try to paint it myself.
- The MS spoilier uses the same holes but will not cover up all the marks left over.
- The INGS+ lip spoiler will cover the holes and I believe the left over marks. Not sure on the mounting. FWIW Fluid is selling painted replicas for $400 shipped. Fitment could be a concern though.
- The Mint Blue lip spoiler will cover the holes but will need new holes drilled.

Edit* If your worried about getting an exact paint match all you need is the BB color code and places like Napa can mix you up a batch.
Gun + Air compressor + Pop up tent = Golden. You might get a few dust specks in but just layer on the paint good and use a buffer wheel with some heavy compound. 600 wet sand than clear coat it.
