It's pretty random, sometimes we post on the boards before hand, other times Brad just starts texting like a fiend and people show up. A bunch of us are going down to Portland on Saturday but normally we meet up Saturday mornings for breakfast/coffee. There's a whole thread dedicated to keeping track of that... I think we're going to start moving locations around to keep travel times fair between different members of the board.
