We also bought our RX-8 from Lee Johnson, with the car coming from Sound Mazda's stock. I asked Lee Johnson in particular to make sure that all TSBs had been done, including up-to-date flashes. Lee Johnson told us that all had been done; how can we confirm that?

 

When the dealer performs a TSB it has to attach a sticker to a certain place on the car (per the TSB). On the sticker should list the TSB #. For instance when the M flash was performed I believe a sticker was supposed to be placed on the underside of the hood. I think the TSB # for MSP-04.

Look for that sticker.
