Mazdaspeed Brake Decals

Just a few quick Questions:
1) How well do the MazdaSpeed decals work as stencils (assuming proper application to be used as a stencil) or would you recommend only using them as decals?
2) Is their sometimes bleeding on the edges?
3) If so how do you better prevent it from happening?
4) If i am going to use them as stencils, should i get a specific paint or will any High temp caliper paint work just fine?
