Been to the Dealer lately??

I was just curious if anybody has gone back to their dealer since they bought there car. I went back about 2 weeks ago and my dealer had about 15 new Rx-8's on top of the 6 others they had not sold yet when i was getting mine.

I am so glad that not one of them was yellow, so far i am only the second yellow in my city and i have yet to see the other one that supposedly resides here.

I talked to my dealer about 5 weeks ago. He said he had sold a Ti.

Since I've bought my 8 I haven't seen another on the road where I live. I saw one red at another dealership getting prepped... so it must be out there somewhere

Still haven't seen Gord's Ti yet.

I went by my dealership about a month ago to pick up a brochure (they didn't have any when I took delivery and I still wanted one). Anyhow, they only had two on the lot that I saw (one in the showroom and one outside).

As for yellow, I've only seen one other yellow one on the road... actually, at all (besides mine). The one I saw on the road was from my office window which overlooks a toll road so I've never (yet) seen another yellow while I was driving.

BTW, do you find that bees are attracted to your yellow 8? For whatever reason it seems like they like to land on my car. It's probably happened 6 times while I was standing next to my car. Weird.

MikeB basically i was saying that i had changed my map lights to red bulbs for the effect and i actually like driving around @ night with them on because it lets me see everything in the car better without all the white light, just like the helicopter pilots use.

I go back regularly to get parts and stuff. I'll be havin g my first oil change next week.
All 8 of the RX-8s that were there when I bought mine in October still seem to be there as well as 10 others.
That is right - 18 RX-8s still on the lot. They have every color.

I guess the dealerships in Austin have a pretty good supply. As of today, Roger Beasley Mazda and Mazda South show 61 and 66 rx8's in stock respectively.

Funny thing is, I've only seen two in the wild.
