Thanks in advance

I don't think you can repurchase the car again. Mazda doesn't want people to run out and go making them lose money; it's a business after all.
The option is you take the money they give you and buy ANOTHER car. You cannot buy the same one again as I understand.

Not true. Buy what ever you want.... truck, car, van, or mini-van... ouch!
You can even buy another RX-8...
this is not terrible logic. Put 2-3K miles on a car... turn it in and get a another RX-8 with <25 miles....

According to the Mazda Rep, they said you can buy another RX-8 no problem. The letter or the buyback forms do not show any disclaimer stating you cannot buy another RX-8.

Not sure what you mean by unethical. If Mazda does not stipulate in the buyback agreement whether one can buy another RX-8 or not, I don't see anything unethical about it if you opt to buy one. After all, we are dealing with a large organization and I am sure that are reasons why Mazda is offering to buy back the car.
I also checked in the larger Los Angeles area and there are over 100 RX-8's in inventory at dealers lots. I am sure that one can buy another RX-8 at a lower price than full MSRP.
Net net, if Mazda is proactively offering to buy back the car there is nothing ethical about getting another RX-8. Happy Driving! :-)

I'm reluctantly taking the buyback option mainly because of the poor MPG. I just called today and he faxed me the form. My only question is how do I reproduce the title/registration on my car? Do I get that from the loan company? Is it what is taped to the front windshield in lieu of license plates? Any help would be appreciated.
