Dealers up north worried?

Basically, RX8 is a summer car, right?
18" rims... and all...

Prices
PRO: SNOW increases inventory and lack of interest in summer car during winter.
CON: XMAS is coming and people feel like spending money.

I'm still very tempted to purchase a RX8. The devil and angel is still battling on my shoulders.

if you wait, you'll probably can get one under invoice sooner or later. Get it now, you can get it for almost invoice.

If you go the money, get it:-D

I wish I would get my car before the snow falls....supposedly here this week...it's Wednesday and I am not holding my breath on this one! Wanted to enjoy it before the messy weather...hmm if it comes tomorrow or Friday it will be close to 70 degrees....that would be cool!! Cross your fingers! Don't think I will be getting snow tires....let hubby drive it on those days and it does snow really bad like it use to anymore.

For this to happen, your dealer's got to have a lot in stock and you have to be buying one that's sat there awhile.

Here it's still MSRP, if you can find a dealer that isn't charging a markup...

Yea, its a summer car. Look at the Milwaukee dealers, there are some advertising all 8's at invoice. Check e-bay for 8's and there will be a black one with an add for a Milwaukee dealership willing to sell any 8s at invoice. When the snow hits, the sales are done until april or may in the frozen north.

I live in Wisconsin and in the dead of winter is exactly when I plan on buying an 8. I guarantee the price will be right around here. I don't even think they sold all that well around here during the warm weather.

Summer cars don't have a roof. I don't like to slip and slide in my 8 anyway. The deals are here in Louisiana, my sales rep was straight-up with a 1000 over deal. I'm well satisfied.

They are still selling at MSRP there? We have two dealers in Columbus, and they have TONS of them. I think 40 or so. Some have sat there since August, but I have no doubt you can still get the car for invoice or close to that. At least here, and with the snow beginning to fall.
