Is end of month still best time to buy?
Most car buying guides will tell you to wait until the end of the month to buy a car, because dealers are more willing to deal at that time.
Is that generalization true wrt the RX8? It appears that most dealers are going well below MSRP to just a few hundred over invoice already. Will I really have an advantage if I wait until the end of this month?

Yes, especially now when they're practically desperate to get them out the door. They want to up their sales figures for the month as much as possible. Unless you go somewhere with no-haggle pricing.
