I can't believe that report!! I just bought that car last fall. I trusted the dealer and never thought to check CarFax! Man, I guess this will pose some challenges when I go to trade it in.

Just called the bank and had them fax me a copy of the title. The title shows that the odometer reading is actual and not rolled back. So, it looks like I ok, but need to get CarFax to fix their records. I also talked to the dealership and they indicated that they had worked with CarFax to fix what is a mistake on their part. They thought that everything had been fixed but obviously not. At least now I know that the title is clean. Whew!!

^good to know you got that cleared up. Yeah while CarFax is a helpful tool it can sometimes make mistakes. I hope that get's cleared up on the records. That could be a pain in the *** if you ever decide to sell it.
