Question Is this a good lease deal?

Hi Guys,

I'm about to lease a new Yellow RX-8 6spd with Touring Package.

Here is the lease i got quoted from the dealer, I'm just wondering if this is a good deal?

Adjusted Cap Cost: $27951 (this includes the dealer aquisition fee of $475 - ugh!)
36 month lease
$0 down / no trade-in
$395/month before tax

about $430/month or so with the tax (ugh! damn tax)

$0 disposition fee (supposidly, I will see it when i see the lease I'm going to sign)

Hopefully I will be driving around in a RX-8 soon. :D

Thanks...

What the..? Leasing? My dealer told me there was no factory-supported lease program for the 8 and I'm chasing my tail to come with one on my own. Please advise what part of the country this is in. Anyone else lease their car from the dealer?

Any info appreciated before the car I want in local inventory gets sold.

Mazda will definitely offer leases on RX-8, its extra money for them, it all comes down to how good your credit rating is and what money factor they will give you. This should be regardless of which state your in, but FYI i'm in WA.
