Well, my wife and I went to the dealer today and took a closer look at the rx8.

We would need to get the automatic and like the GT Package.

The dealer did not have a GT package with AT in but could locate the color we liked.

We are giving this some further thought......but this a great looking vehicle.

We have looked briefly at the Honda and Z, but so far the RX comes out on top.

I would explore each vechile throughly. Each has it's quirks (defined as things you didn't know before you bought it that are specific to the vehicle) and development issues. I think for most of us here, the "8" was the way to go.

No we don't have any small children at home anymore, a couple of grandchildren though.
