What is Mazda offering right now in Rebates for new 2005's?
Sorry guys, I've looked but found conflicting information.
So, if I go in and make an offer on a new 2005, what is Mazda offering in the way of rebates? I had heard that the instant 1000 bucks is out the window now cause they have so few left to dump............etc, etc...............
Basically, I want to go in and say "I'll offer you xxxx minus the xxxx dealer incentives excluding ONLY title, taxes and registration fees".
What can I expect these days to get back from Mazda????

I just got home from a dealership in the houston area and the incentives are still in effect. $1000 cash on any model 8 and an additional $1000 if financed by Mazda. $2000 total of incentives.

I purchased last week and got $2,500 in incentives.
Go to Mazda USA

And click on incentives. Its $1,500 in cash and $1,000 if you finance through Mazda Credit. I think this expires on Feb 28.

Freedom Costs a Buck o' 5
The dealership I purchased from is offering $5000 off. I have heard as much as $8000 off. You may have to look around, but I think you can do much better than $2000.

0% financing is worth quite a bit!! That's about $5000 USD on a $31,000 USD car purchase (assuming 6%, 5 year financing otherwise).
Plus it gives you warm fuzzies to not be paying interest ;-). It's true though you only realize the full potential if you keep your car for 5 years.
