Looks like alot of blue wire. You jsut cut the harness, fed each in into the fender, then extended and soldered them back together as needed? I thought the factory wires could not be extended due to there being more resistance with the longer wires. I am can obviously be wrong if you had no isses though.

Lets not forget the fact that my engine is controlled totally by the Haltech ( cooling system, ignition system, fuel system), so It is not in any way the same as if I still had my OEM ECU still in charge.
with that said, I did had the concern but I did it anyways and as of today the car works perfectly fine. I hope that helped.. Remember, I'm just a cabinet guy...

I noticed in a couple of your pics you posted, its before you did the wiring tuck. I jsut need ot do alot of clean up in my bay. Especially since i have the chance since the motor has to come out again. Need to take that stupid insulation stuff off my firewall also

Are you talking about the whole stack of light blue cables on the passenger side?
Those ended up being part of the engine stock harness, so they came of when I did the final tuck.

stay tuned for more upgrades, I'm addressing a couple of small issues and getting some new parts. I have an excuse to take the car apart... and I love it.. Its my stress release.

I was talking about the factory harness on the driver side tht goes to the fuse box. I noticed it was still un-tucked in one of the pictures that you hvae posted at the beginning of the thread. Another thing that makes all your guys, look clean is no air conditioning. That and the motor swap allows for no cheesy *** big black plastic intake.

Looks like Firecran still has his air conditioning, and so do I(although mine doesn't have the clean look-working on that right now). There's also Kevin Dawson(Dietbudda) with his project which is still in the works.
