2008 BOTD RAFFLE #1: Custom Painted Flame Engine Cover!!
Time for the first raffle of the year!!!!
We were graciously donated this custom piece and would like to share it with this group!
Raffle is for 1 Custom painted Flame Engine Cover.
We will be selling Tickets as follows:
75 to be sold
1 Ticket = $3.00
4 Tickets = $11.00
10 Tickets = $27.00

Remember you don't have to be present at the Dragon to win. These raffle prizes will be shipped as soon as the winner is drawn. You are more than welcome to see it if you win, all of the funds are used directly to enhance the BOTD Experience. So even if you don't want to win, donating is a HUGE help to this years event!!! (*********Remember all that food you ate last year **********)

Hey Everyone,
Since the raffles are moving a little slow this year, we are going to introduce a new rule.
From today forward, including the first raffle. All raffles will have an EXPIRATION DATE. What this means:
1. The raffle will stop on the day outlined or when all tickets are sold.
2. If all tickets are sold on or before the expiration date a ticket will be pulled and winner announced.
3. If enough tickets are sold by the expiration date for the board to break even on the prize (if the prize was purchased) then a ticket will be pulled for the item being raffled.
4. If enough tickets are not sold by the expiration date, then the raffle automatically becomes a 50/50 Raffle.
- Winning Ticket will be pulled.
- Winner will awarded 50% of the funds collected via a Gift Card to the retailer of their choice.
This will begin today. The expiration of this raffle is now 4/10/2008.
THIS MEANS EVERYONE CAN BUY TICKETS AND POSSIBLY HAVE THE CHANCE TO WIN 50% OF THE FUNDS OR THE PRIZE WHILE ALWAYS DONATING TO A GREAT EVENT!!!!!
