04 rx8 problems?

are 04 rx8 very reliable? i heard that they are one of the worst cars made in 04. i am thinking about buying an 04 rx8 and i want all the details before i buy one

you'll never get all of the details. each rx8 is different. mine is an 04 with 89,500 miles on it and it runs great and has never had problems with the engine and the only problems it did have were caused by service department screw ups.
Rotaries require oil every so often, and they require new spark plugs about every 20k miles. beyond that, it's your typical wear and tear maintenance.

i have an 05 and ihave not had one issue with the car. just make sure you read all the faq's here on the forum and search around. you'll find a ton of info here on the forum!
