1/4 time with this kit?

What 1/4 time do you think I could run with this turbo kit? My cars manual btw.
Here- http://www.speedforceracing.com/prod...x8turbokit.php
It looks like a good kit to me.

This member got a low 13 with a well tuned Greddy, you might get into the 12's with slicks. http://www.dragtimes.com/Mazda-RX-8-Timeslip-7639.html

SFR and SSR are pretty much the same thing. They have been working on that turbo for years. There was a member on this site a couple years ago that installed it and was supposed to tune it and dyno. His car kinda stopped working and we never heard from him again. I don't know anyone else that has tried it.

He did 13.1 ...and claimed the last time he dynoed was at 265whp/225tq. So he's not even a good greddy example since we can go another 30 or so whp higher.

reportedly SFR has a kit running for over a year making 310+ to the rear wheels. The thread is up the Aftermarket subforum. Over 20,000 miles on it, too.

They also sold kits to SSR who's kit blew up a guys engine in short order. But then again, any turbo can do that rather easily with inproper tuning.

based on the power that the greddy's are putting down at a similar HP, i'd guess somewhere in the vacinity of the 13's, maybe lows if you really got the hang of it.

toss it on and tell. Tis but petty cash, right?
