Bone stock implies no appearance package. I could see that the increased frontal area from the front lip could cause enough additional drag to drop the aerodynamic top speed ~12-18 mph. You are in 6th at that point anyway, and it isn't a ton of power after the gear ratio, not even a 1k rpm difference. Maybe excessive. But then I could also see windows up/down, back windows in/out, moonroof open/closed, heck, even the moonroof present is slightly more drag, the wind deflector (if you have it), would add a chunk of drag.
All factors that will made the stock aero top speed shift...

I remeber my first redline, Ive only had my car for about 1month now. first time I redlined i woke up at 7:00am got on the palmeto and gunned it, redlined every gear except 5th and 6th. When i got off on the ramp and pulled into my house...... thats when i realized i had wet my self. Ever since that day me and the car have gotten closer, not to mention I Redline the **** out of it every chance I get!

It was a joke, i'd love to get to use the car in 6th at a decent speed but I don't have the place to do it. I wanna see just how fast I can get it. Most i've done in it so far was about 95. As for redlining do it only after the engine is warmed up. I tend to do it every day anyway just for the fun factor of taking off when I hit open stretches of road. Most I use 6th for now is cruise control at 80 mph. Gets me like 20 mpg

I'll have to mention that to the dealer... I was actually expecting the standard "who's honking at you so loudly?" buzzer my 7 has, but when I got nothing, I figured that the new fangled "fuel injection" and "computer controlled spark" technology were set to make sure you didn't damage the engine, so I pulled off the throttle at about 9,200rpm and shifted. I'm paranoid to go above that because of all the warnings on all the aftermarket FB parts that say if you revv them above 9,400rpm they will explode taking out your bellhousing, your floor, and your legs (Unless of course you have a ballistic blanket or something).

Power!!
The beep is fine. The point is to put solid load on the engine. That means WOT up to the power peak which is at 8K rpm.
