i just passed on a new speed3 grand touring for 22500 out the door. and that is about 1500 in ttl..

so you might think it through. you are researching after the buy. so you are pretty much done.

you sound like you're young. or you dont have enough experience with dealerships.

Do you know how much you will lost if you just "give them the car back" ?

I mean this dealership sounds like a bunch of ********, they already rape you on a "used car for new price." I mean even when new the R3 shouldn't cost 28K.

Now they have the upper hand cuz they are "holding" your money/contract as hostage. Just tell them you actually need to re-think the whole thing, and give them back the car, take that 1K lost, gtfo of there, then go to "another" dealership if possible.

if u really want the MS3. the most y ou should pay is invoice plus Tax, title and dmv fee (they might hit you with some bullshit document fee, do NOT pay them) and if you're financing, take the Mazda's deal, then go out and re-finance it.

and the 09 has 1k cash back. and the 10 is priced less than the 09.

not that i have been looking or anything.. and to the op. i dont think you have mentioned where you are.

i did a new car 09 ms3 search, about 40 in a 150 mile range..

not that i would think about buying one, or wonder how low they can go with the 10 priced where they are.

hey, but what do i know.

beers

You should ask the place you bought it from to call themselves the Mazda 'Stealerships'...

Cut your losses. Take the $1k hit as a learning experience and then go elsewhere. There are great deals out there and many manufacturers are now offering $4,500 incentives whether you have a clunker in trade or not. You could get back your $1k loss via an incentive on another vehicle.
