Angry 28 Down!

Wow I have been so freaking biz'e I have not been on here in a long time.
I'm out in Las Vegas NV and in the month of March I took my 8 to the dealer and had the oil changed. When I picked up my car they service guy told me they had to do a update or flash.
So I was like OK cool. Then a week later the weather got hot like in the 100's. Well in the middle of the enter section my 8 stalls on me and fludsthen it wont shift when I got it running. So I push it to the curb and call AAA. They to me to the dealer. The service guys tell me I will have a rental car for 14days till tecks from Jap fly out to look at all the 8 they have siting in the back. I asked how many do you have he tells me 8.
So 14 days go by and they call me to pick up my car. Well at the car rental place they tell me the dealer will not cover the tax on the rental. I make a phone call and I got that out of the way with out paying. So I was like cool. I got 8. Its all clean and running good. So like a week gos by and my 8 gets dirty. I break out the hose and give her a wash. What do I find?.... Well let me tell ya.
On my pass door there is a door ding from a red car at the dealer there are 2 coffee size cup/mug scratches's one on the hood that slides down and one on the roof. My spoiler in the front is cracked like they hit a curb or some **** right at the point of the rotary and they black plastic. I'm steamed and they are not going to like me come Sat. What makes its worst is that I have talked to 5 different owners that service there cars at this dealer and they have all had received BS! in one way or another. My neighbor said her red 8 had a huge ding on the pass door as well and when she let the dealer fix it they put over 100miles on her 8. Thats not good. Then she tells me that she nows the service MG and he tells her that there where 28 8's all together. Wow. You know what else I found out they all had there oil changed in march and had been told there 8's needed to be Flashed. Sounds like a teck fucked up big time to me.
The End.

P.S. I know I mis spelled words deal with it.

DOMINION, you've been blasted enough. It is unfortunate that your grammar and spelling interfered with your post as you do have legitimate complaints. I'm sorry that your baby got so mistreated and for such a long time. I know it is tough having to deal with such crap from these "service technicians". Mine goes in Monday for its 7,500 mile physical. I really didn't need to read about your misfortunes before dropping mine off.

Read your post several times before submitting. Try to read it from someone's perspective that is reading it for the first time. Although entertaining to the masses your message got lost in communications.

From what I read out of this, take photos as soon as you get out at the dealer, and take photos again when you pick it up. Then compare the two!

That is so sad that you have to worry about a dealer messing up your paint. Personally, it bothers me when a dealer doesn't cover my seats.

First, you need to wait and give them a chance to fix the cosmetic damages before getting too angry.

Second, make sure you aren't finding things that were that way when you had the car. We tend to get very picky when we see things that make us angry.

Third, if they give you crap then call the area Mazda rep.

Thank you zoom! Definetly take it back up to the dealer. I would look that car over top to bottom to make sure nothing is out of order. Shame, I have to take my car to the dealer today and I hate hearing stuff like this. Also take pics of what is damaged.

Not every dealer is equal.

Sounds like they have a personnel problem, where employees use and abuse customer cars.

NEVER...Pick up your car from the dealer without going over it first, especially around and under the front and back bumpers where damage often occurs. If you find a problem, leave it with them until the problem is resolved.

At some point in your story, I would have been in the middle of the dealership, in front of all their new, potential customers throwing a fit and screaming my lungs out about what they did to your baby. And I'd use the word baby, so that anybody who doesn't care about cars in the vicinity would think you meant "your child." That way, everyone will get your message, and the dealer will surely find a way to help you out. They don't want to lose customers like that.

"How could you beat the **** out of my baby while she was here? You ABUSED her! My precious baby! I wanna know who's responsible! Get that ***** out here, so he can face me, personally, motherf..." You get the idea.
