In the recent issue of Speed (by road and track), there was an article about the supercharger Mazdaspeed rx8. It was supposed to be very hush hush ... apparently a couple of engineers got the go ahead to tinker around with it. The article didn't give many specs other than what we already know (ie RWD, curb weight, supposed HP of 250?, etc). Perhaps we'll hear more in the new year. I think it was still the 13B though.

 

that 900hp doesn't have the renesis engine in it...plus who knows if the thing even runs or something else happens since 'While the car has not yet seen the track' uh yeah

that car has been around forever I wonder why it took mazda so long to put it on their site

The 3 rotor RX-8 on Mazda USA's website is none other than the Acosta 3 rotor conversion that we've all seen before. There are also Sevenstock 7 pictures on their site as well. Go to www.mazdausa.com . Then go to Mazdaspeed. Then go to tuning. Everything is there but sadly no Mazdaspeed 3 rotor RX-8.
