6500 rpm
Folks:
I've got about 3500 miles on my 05 6 speed. I've just started to really get on it now and then. I notice a drop off in power at about 6500 rpm before it starts to pick up again at about 7000. Is this consistent with your experiences? Thanks.

There is a subtle drop from 5000 to 7000 but very subtle - at about 7200 manifold opens a valve that opens a shorter length tuned to higher RPM which extends the powerband a lot, and it's usually pretty smooth. I had problems with that when the dealer overfilled the oil by 3 or more quarts but that was solved after draining the excess back out.
Don't pay any attention to the wannabee moderators on the board. Thats common on a lot of forums.

These stupid dealers..... don't they realize how much oil the use when performing oil changes.... The same thing happened to me... They overfilled it just a bit... but I'll wait until it burns off....

You will experience a dip in power around there. If you look at any dyno for the Renesis, you will see it dips at 3 points. One at 3750, another at 5,000 or something, and then another at 7,500. The power will dip before these points (each point is where a new port / injector comes into operation).
