Well just had to vent this today...how I looked at this, I have seen some crying on this site that sti BEAT ME OR i DON THAVE THIS OR BLAHHH BLAHH BLAHHH,, well I was next to one this morning Verdict..

I do not give a **** how fast that thing is...it is Ugly to me!! box with wheels and a huge tail...might as well be a 737.

I would rather pull up to a hot resturant any day of the week in my 8 instead of that shoe box... ok rant over..flame suit on if needed ( like I care if I get it)

Clearly you do give a **** or else you wouldn't have to make this useless thread explaining why you think the RX-8 is better. Great, you think the STi is ugly. In the future, don't waste bandwidth, instead bump one of the many threads about the STI that already exist on this forum. Congrats on your prettier car .

 

Sti looks pretty sweet to me, not a big fan of the shape of the scoop but it looks pretty aggressive and raw. I do think the rx8 looks better personally, in fact to me its one of the best looking cars out there, but looks is subjective... lets not forget that JD Power survey where the RX8 made the list of 10 ugliest cars

A view you should get used to.

 

The RX-8 is a very nice, good performing car with looks that appeal to a lot of people. The STi is an awesome performing car, with looks that are easy to dump on.

Why did you feel that the world in general, and this forum in particular, would be better off by your starting a thread bashing the STi? Just curious....

These two cars have different things going for them. In the looks department, RX-8 is better in my opinion. That's all there is to it.

the car isn't ugly to me. I think its just the wing that makes it ugly. Looks better then a civic IMO. But I think this thread should of been called something like Subway vs Togos vs Blimpies vs Quiznos which one will make you go pph (poo per hour).
