AC/Stereo Comparison
I had my 8 in the shop getting a few extras added, I was given a Tribute as a loaner car. I just wanted to share a few observations and information...
The Mazda Tribute had WORSE A/C then the 8 hands down. When you accelerate the AC heats up, and this was on recirc. The cold wasn't all that cold either.
The Mazda Tributes Stereo really did a number on my Bose system in the Shinka. The Bass in the Tribute was deep for a stock system and the overall range was pretty good.
The CD changer in the Tribute was a lot slower to eject and load CDs.
The Sunrrof was sooooo much slower than the 8's.
So for all the complaining that we all may or may not do, keep in mind that it could be worse. Also that it seems like the AC issues are across the board on Mazda's from my experience and the dealership I was at.
Just thought I would share...
PS. I won't go into the Tributes gas mileage, (I know it is an SUV) but it wasn't a cheap drive.
