If the scratches you are talking about are the the ones on the front bumper in the pics you attached. then yea. that'll for sure come out.

yea but i just noticed today the the paint is cracking spider web type look like the insurance nned to get me a paint job

I think if the guy swerved that hard and hit a curb in the process.....the DSC wouldn't have done much. Hell, I NEVER DRIVE with the DSC on. I drive rather spiritedly in the canyons and it's actually more scary having the DSC cut power and apply brakes during the turns.
