I have a question to all of you who had an ACT 6 pad clutch set

how does your clutch feels? I just had mine installed by my local mazda dealership and my clutch feels kinda soft....almost spongy if that's even a word....

I don't know if this is how they are suppose to feel like so I want to know if anyone can answer that question for me, or did my dealership mess up something?

how many miles before the change?

maybe the dealer did it right an you now have the proper lube on the input shaft / disk engagement point.

I have 70k on my stock clutch...and now it is a brand new clutch

 

a brand new clutch will feel softer than a well worn clutch.

i have a 4 puck ACT, it was a lot softer. even though its considered a "rough clutch." the thing is, go test drive a new rx8, and then you'll know.
