Adjusting Headlights Question?
Ok I looked in the DIY section and I could not find anything on how to adjust our headlights, no I'm not talking about rubbing ice on them either, I mean if one light is higher than the other.
My car was in a wreck and the body shop did have truble getting the stock lights. At one point was given one HID light and one stock light.
I think my driver side light is the HID light. I think the guy just put in one HID and one stock light. I have yet to see a RX-8 with HID's vs one with stock lights. So its hard for me to tell. But from a far the passanger side looks to have a hint of blue and the driver side looks like a high beam especially when I'm behind another car LOL!
Thanks for the help.

I would think that telling the differnece between the HID light, and the regular halogen, would be night and day. The color is completely different. Get in the car, take a pic at night, and post it up...a thought.

Here you go:

Depending on the angle, you'll see the hint of color on the outer edge. Adjusting/leveling is not hard at all. Requires a phillips screwdriver, a level surface for your car, and a wall. Once you get the "Z" cut-off pattern, and the light color or intensity is still different then you probably do only have 1 HID. Good luck!
