I am not sure if anyone here can help. Looking over some of your other posts raises some questions.
Your in Canada correct? I do not know is there is a Canadian Version of the Magnum Moss act regarding the warranty and aftermarket parts.
You purchased the car in the USA and registered it in Canada?
I am not sure how that works in regards to the 8/100K
How do you know it's the Apex seals? You need to open up the engine to find that out and dealerships do not do that.
Since you haven't had the car long proving it has been maintained will be difficult. Looks like you need to make some phone calls to Mazda.
It is possible the prior owner did something / salvage title to void the warranty?
As for the Intake the AEM is exactly the same as the Mazdaspeed intake. They should provide you in writing why they feel a part Identical to a Mazda part caused your problems.

It was determined first through a engine analysis they did that the apex seals were cracked the car was originally from st petes the previous owner did not do any modifications nor was it a salvage title
