I was at the local dealership getting my 10k service, M flash, and state inspection done, and there was a white 8 up on the rack a couple bays down from mine. I don't have a camera phone, and I couldn't get very close anyway, but it was cool to see the new color in person. I like it, but as others have noticed, it MUST have clear corners -- the amber corners look dorky against the white.

 

I saw one today on a car hauler heading down the interstate.

 

i saw one a couple of day ago and in my opinionn the white is not for the rx8. i think it will be used for mainly a show car and not the sports car intended. but it can look good if the right amount of time and money is spent on it. but the white might appeal more to the show car entusiast more than to the original colors we are used to seeing now

 

There are 2 of them at North Park Mazda here in San Antonio. Not all that impressed. Still prefer that Velocity Red.
