UPDATE:
Service just called. Despite MFlash, my car flooded and they replaced spark plugs and re-flashed anyway. Maybe Ill get a seat-of-my pants feeling and confirm the last flash didnt take or something..(yeah I know, grabbin' at straws, but it makes me feel better about my 37000 dollar, 3 week old purchase).

Ditto.

And it was about 55*F when I was trying to start my car. It went all winter last year (and parked outside for quite a bit of it) without flooding and we had similar temps to Calgary at about -25*F overnight. So I'm not too sure why my car picked that moment to flood. I also regularly hit redline to clean the plugs... and I rev it to 4-4.5k before I shut if off as well as revving it for at least 10 seconds before I shut it down when it's not warmed up yet. Thought I was just being safe but I flooded anyway. Oh and I have the Ti Grey not the cursed Sunlight Silver...

Hmmm... 15 months, 13000 miles and no floods with or without the M-flash (just had it done a couple months ago). Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I wonder what the deal is.

I've never flooded either (touch wood). I have even made short trips less than 3 minutes of driving. I even stalled the car on a couple of occasions and never failed to start right back up. I don't even know if I have the M-flash. But so far, so good.
Maybe it's in the startup procedure? Never press the accelerator, prime the injectors for a few seconds before cranking and when you crank, do not let up until engine fires.
My 2 cents.

Ya know, in the billions of flooding threads I've read, I don't know if anyone has ever explained why the plugs need to be replaced after a flooding?

It has been addressed but let me try and give a quick synopsis: It appears that fuel remains around the rotor when the car doesn't start. That fuel has no where to go and sits on the plugs eventually fouling them. Also we have to be careful about carbon build up on the plugs that can foul them as well. Try to regularly hit redline to burn the carbon off the firing area.
