Anyone bridgeport a RX8 yet?

Since the apex seals are shorter than the older ones, there is a good chance they would get caught in the bridge since the edge may not be long enough to ride across the bridge. The safest way would be to machine out the rotors to allow an older apex seal design. Luckily this has been done. I don't know about the brideport being done yet. No one has reported it yet but you know someone somewhere is trying it. It should have some very good power potential though. I can't wait to see one.

I have been following our South African Member, Philip, who has just got his RX-8 back after having it Bridge Porting.. in SA....who said it could not be done!?
Phil, you are too modest mate, more info.
Philip's car is one of the originals with LOOOONG engine mileage, I think over 207,000 KM-125,000 Miles.

look at all the postings in this thread? trash. lounge material.
this thread was/is irrelevant. the black rx8 has its OWN THREAD ALREADY. thats great. i love the sound. i wish i could do that my car.
what he should have done was make another thread. instead of bumping a 5 post thread that went no where. you bump threads if it has something to contribute. this thread had nothing. still does.
