Hey guys, thinking about throwing the Borla exhaust up, sounds nice and deep in some of the videos I've seen. I also like the Fujitsubo exhaust (sp?) Anyone have any clips of these?

And can anyone refer a decent sounding intake? These are my first mods, thanks guys

 

did you try searching at all? I searched borla rx8 on youtube and the first 5 are pretty much exactly what you just asked for... Same goes for fujitsubo, though only 2 results, both have fujitsubo though.

As for intake, AEM and RB seem to be the most popular, though some like others.

 

Yeah, checked all those up on youtube. But I just wanted to know if anyone had them here, readily available, and so I can get more of a diversity. Was wondering if in fact it really does sound that deep like it does in the videos, because if so, I'm in love with it.

 

it should, it's supposed to be one of the louder exhausts out there... not sure how it compares to the greddy, but I've always heard those are louder. Most people seem to use youtube for sound/videos but there might be a couple other random sound clips here but I dont really remember them or know where they are.

the greedy is louder than the borla.. in the stuff i have owned or heard the borla is pretty quiet. the rb is more so..

oops, guess I shoulda been a bit more clear on that, I meant those 2 exhausts, not "those" as in greddy exhausts.

I don't understand why Borla. They seem to produce a "barbaric" sound to me. Now, MazdaSpeed on the other hand..., pure symphony.

Yeah, I saw yours Mysq. I LOVED it, when you started the car up, sounded diesel. But of course, you've got no cat, and a turbo lol. soooo, my chances of that sound are shot. I just want a deep grumble thats all.
