Anyone sleep in their 8?
I know this sounds like a silly question... But has anyone slept in their 8 just for the heck of it? I told my wife that I would definitely sleep in it if we pick one up and she totally thinks I'm nuts. Is it just me or are there others out there?

I have a 40 minute commute, and work nights, so occasionally I have to pull over and rest on the way home. When I start seeing double, or hitting too many "wake-up bumps," it's time for a nap.
The seat reclines way back, but my head is right in the stupid rotary accent, which is uncomfortable. An old T-shirt or a towel helps a lot. You are so low that most of the sun is blocked, and onlookers have to get up close to know you're in there. For sleeping, I give it a B. My 4-Runner was better, my Miata was worse (that seat doesn't go back at all!).

I have slept in my 8 alot.
I sleep in the 8 everyday at lunch. I need the afternoon nap.
Also, I've slept in it on long car trips.
Also, I've slept in it when I get in a fight while I'm a guest at someone's house.
I usually sleep in the passengers seat with it straight back. Very comfortable. Also, I stuff a pillow or shirt in the triangle.

"...I'm a Dapper Dan man"
I've pulled a couple of Z's but only as cat naps. Sometimes the guy with the key to the hanger doesn't show up to let us in so we get to sit in the parking lot for about an hour. Very comfortable, at least in the upright position.

A really cool aftermarket or even market part would be a rotart head rest thingy pillow... It would purtrude so it would be like a real pillow that would elevate you from the rest of the bed, if you were on a bed...

Nope. not me, not yet. Probably will If I make the trip to Rotary Revolution. That is if I decide to let my hubby drive for a while. Remember the rim incident?! We'll see. Then again I've driven long trips before and didn't let anyone else drive. Maybe bc I'm usually the driver so I'm not too comfortable when anyone else does. Esp if in my car! Noooo not a control freak just funny about my car!
