Apex Seals

I'm wondering whats been tried for apex seals, I'm thinking about rebuilding an engine and looking for an opinion on what to use.

I see there are a few different brands out there, but I'm looking for real life experience not claims.

The only thing to consider changing is FD side seal springs. And by "consider" I mean "extensively research and decide based on your intended application." Everything else - stick with OEM.
