This is old news. Acosta used to post here. Try "acostaracing" as a search term you should get some hits.

True, I didn't catch how much power the thing was making...
It better be pulling some serious strateline G's to make me want to trade lateral G's...I just really enjoy the feeling in the corners...

The handling thing is just exactly I am thinking Shaolin... 3 times (or possibly more) weight than the renesis and sit so far up and front
It is a one good dragster though

Oh I wouldn't doubt it's a good drag car. Thing is though, is that you'd be hardpressed to find me anywhere other than the stands at the dragstrip. I'm an autocrosser, so naturally I think more in terms of balance. Not to mention I go canyon carving every saturday morning...living near an actual canyon (Red Rock Canyon) is nice.
Nice car, and nice setup. Definitely admirable work. I just wouldn't feel as comfortable pushing it to its limits if you know what I mean. But I bet it surprises alot of supra owners out there!

Use the strut towers for comparison.
I don't think this minor increase will affect the handling too adversely.
Besides, I think I read somewhere that the firewall was brought further back to allow the 20B to sit as close to mid-front as possible.

Oh yeah? I'd like to see some specs on the car overall just to weight the pros and cons of such a feat. What type of numbers it's putting down laterally. Wouldn't you agree that it might be a chore to drive a car with that much power daily though?

I can't begin to imagine what living with 850+whp on a daily basis would be like.
Actually I can..... heaps of lag down low, an absolute handful at partial boost, **** scary at full boost and......... very "interesting" in the wet.

That car is a total joke. They've never posted any dyno numbers or videos of it running, not even a timeslip. Then they've been trying to sell it for $75,000 on Ebay for the last year.
Show queen.

Yeah but if I had a spare $75K lying around, I would jump on it as well.
