Bah almost got it

Well I was all set to buy an 04 for $19K (34K lease return, 1 female owner) tested it out...actually first time I've driven manual in about 10yrs stalled a few times lol. Was all set to purchase it til i pulled the oil stick which was covered in white foaming gunk so its going to the shop on Monday and the dealer is going to let me know if its anything major. Well just searched forum and found all the threads about the issue which I now know is common issue sigh well can't call them now there closed. So gonna be a few more days.

Welcome to the club. Maybe you can add location to your profile so people can comment on your pricing. Good luck getting your car.

thanks I found that when searching too. I think I'll still let them take a look, 99% its probably that issue but u never know. Oh another quick questions, I noticed the car didn't say RX-8 on it, where it should say RX-8 on the right side of the lid in the back it was blank and on the left side where Mazda would be, it says Mazdaspeed does this mean anything?

it should say rx8, if it says mazdaspeed then the last owner just switched the rear batching.

Cool Nope.....

Someone just took the RX-8 off and replaced "MAZDA" with an ebay 'Speed logo.

It means the last owner was a jackass.

Actually, technically, a definition of say is "To express in words". It is derived from "Statement", a declaration.

As in "I declare I am a Mazda" ... it doesn't technically need to be spoken.
