Bahrain and RX-8

Bahrain and RX-8
I searched and searched...I couldn't find any answer I like to find out so I post this thread.
I just transfer to the Bahrain and My rx-8 is coming soon. I am excited to get my 8 back and drive it in here.
anyway,
I have 2006 rx-8 and have couple questions.
I heard that bahrain fuel is shitty (I think best one is 87 octane)so every time I put some fuel, I plan to put injection cleaner and octane booster. You think that's smart idea or too much???
Here temperture will go up to 140 F.
you think I should use 10-50W oil or synthetic oil?
I know synthetic oil is not going to do much for my engine...I like to use it to be just safe.
I used to use 10-30W when I was in state...
Anybody is from middle east who can give me some advice?
I have seen many mazda 3 and 6 here, but not rx-8 here
feel like I am going to be only one who drives rx-8 here...

1: Heat. Check with some of the guys that live in Pheonix, they can probably give you the most relevant information, including oil, upgraded radiator, etc... Heat is a big problem for them around 120, yours will be theirs + a bunch more.
2: Fuel. If octane is the problem, there isn't much you can do about it. Octane boosters, if you read carefully, increase the rating in 0.1 increments. You need a ton of it to make a difference. Like several gallons of it. Not ounces. If the fuel is actually dirty, then you are probably screwed, since I doubt they have rotory engine rebuilders over there. Injector cleaner is meant to clean carbon, and redline-a-day keeps the carbon away already. No liquid you can use will fix that. Only chance is a top-of-the-line fuel filter...replaced regularly. If the fuel has other additives in it that do who-knows-what, then you are rolling the dice and who knows what will happen.
3: Driving. Good luck and wear a helmet. Seriously. My brother was there for a year. It didn't take him long to find out that the national driving laws consist only to decide who was at fault when an accident occurs. "If there was no accident, then no law was broken."
Think about that last line for a minute and let it sink in, and what it really means. It's like being a turkey wearing a Target brand sweater at the firing range the day before Thanksgiving. That is real scary. Not sure I would willingly subject my 8 to that risk.
My brother spent most of his time with their Coast Guard, who is also their national police. One weekend he joined their commander for a fun drive for the weekend. The 12 or so of them packed into 3-4 SUVs, picked up 30 cases of Heineken, and tore out into the desert. The entire way, the drivers, including the commander, were chain chugging the beer, rarely dropping down as low as 100mph, for over 6 hours.
When my brother asked about how safe that was, the commander's response was: "Who is going to do something about it?"

Thanks for the information.
I know people here drive crazy~
I mean too crazy that sometimes it scare the **** outta me...
I red your respond and kind of regret I brought my 8 over here...
I guess I have to change my fuel filter regularly and maintain my maintenance more often then before.
