Black RX-8... is the appearance package worth it?

I went back to my local dealership (Tustin Mazda, nearby Irvine, CA), and sure enough, they had a black RX-8 with the appearance package on the lot, and DAMN, it sure looks nice with it, and it is very noticeable since I saw it as I glanced in that direction on my way out.
