TX Blown Oil Seal

Issue:

As the title suggests, the engine is blown in my rx8. I have ~10k miles on this engine and a few good aftermarket parts, but I live in an apartment so parting out isn't really an option. The car is technically driveable, but I want to act as quickly as possible.

I am looking for suggestions on ways to get enough money out of this car to put a down-payment on another car, all within a pretty short time-frame. If anyone has some ideas, please send them my way since now my only idea is hope somebody wants a parts car.

Backstory:

My rx8 is at about 115k miles. It was rebuilt a year ago with pretty much all new parts- i think the rotors were about all that was re-used. That failure was due to a bad cat which was because bad ignition coils. All of these were replaced at the rebuild and several other QOL or maintenance items were done (BHR midpipe, BHR ignition, clutch, flywheel, engine mounts).

I found out this weekend that the engine has been devouring oil. What I thought was a bad sender was critically low oil (reading 0 pressure at idle). I wasn't expecting this because I had not seen any oil leaks and it has a SOHN adapter, so there should be no consumption. I also last replaced the oil a couple thousand miles ago and didn't notice anything, but wasn't looking either. Well, after replacing the oil and the spark plugs, that were completely coated in buildup, the car dumped white smoke on start-up and continues to do so.

Oil Cooler rings? You'll be lucky to get $1000.00 for that car. No warranty from the builder?

If you're on FaceSpace, you can post it in the LS Powered RX8 group and see if anybody is looking for a roller to start with.
