Can the driver's airbag be disabled?

Can the driver's side front airbag be disabled?

I mean absolutely, 100% will NOT go off disabled?

Does it have a fuse perhaps?

I've seen people asking the same about stability control because they think that they are expert drivers, never would need any help, and that it interferes with their driving, but, man this one is...

A fuse? LOL.
I could see the lawsuit on that one!
Why don't you just try prying it out and see what happens*?

Psh, I have a base MT with no DSC and I've only spun out twice on public roads.

...yeah, I regret not getting one with the sports package, but its too late now.

Maybe this guy is trying to kill an ex-wife or something?

Turn off the airbag and DSC, add water to the road (assuming the stock Potenzas are being used) = DEATH

There are better ways to kill loved ones or pretend loved ones or whatever you're trying to do. What are you trying to do?

Water is fine for OEM Potenzas, He should pour some oil on the road.

Guys.... You are jumping to conclusions with this guy.... Maybe he is thinking of disabling the pass. air bag because he is tired of accessing a baby's car seat in the back and wants to switch it to the front???

In fact, a lot of vehicles come with AOS ... Automatic Ocupant Sensor, that depending on the passenger's weight, the air bag wont function.

LOL, omg you guys are SO mean, lol...

Awl come on, I'm sure someone has put in an aftermarket racing wheel or some such thing? Hmmm, or is that even legal these days?

Ya know, I know this is difficult for some to fathom, but there was an age, looooooong ago, when cars... gulp... DIDNT HAVE AIRBAGS!

I know, I know. How could people even bring themselves to DRIVE that way?

Spooky

He didn't ask about installing a new steering wheel. He wants to know how to disable the one that's there. That doesn't make any sense.

Obviously not very clear. Not much to hurt when he hits the wheel.
