Smile Can I play too?

Hey everyone,

I decided to go ahead and register on this site finally. I own an '04 Titanium Gray Rx8 that I purchased new way back when (bought with 7 miles on it --> now up to 26k). It has been a fantastic car to me on so many levels and has turned me into a rotary fan.

Anyway I'm not sure if it's normal but I just wanted to create a somewhat formal hello to all of you.

- Matt

PS. Yesterday was my 21st. I figured with the way I feel today, I'd stay inside and get to some of the things I've been putting off, like registering here. Cheers!

Lets see if this works...

I'll take more pics soon with hopefully a better camera (this was taken with cellphone). The reason this has been sitting in my phone is because I got a ticket for parking over the white line... I always try to find corner spaces like this to avoid having my doors dinged by others, but getting a ticket for this is rediculous.

Well, I live in the Bay Area in California. I didn't sign up immediately because I never really needed to... there was a lot of useful info on tap here and most my questions had already been answered. However, recently I've been much more interrested in meeting other owners, talking about mods, and FI (warranty is nearly up for me, I want to keep the car, and have been debating on the worth of a Greddy turbo).

If that above pic didn't work, someone tell me how to fix it!

- Matt

EDIT: Ok, that is really big. I'm gonna make it smaller..

Yeah I actually found the attendant and asked what was going through her head when she wrote the ticket. She offered no reasonable explanation and looked as though she had been caught with her pants down.

She also "screwed up" writing the ticket. There was nothing written in the violation description except for "11.44.050 pm".

<sigh> Pretty lame...

I'm obviously gonna contest it.

But you are blocking my Goldwing parking space.

I use that for my full dresser motorcycle.

Yeah, while it's the only car I own, I still like to walk/jog/bike etc. especially within town. I'm curious what my miles would look like otherwise...

Y'know I was feelin good the next morning. The sad thing is the fella that was supposed to be DD was projectile vomiting at the end of the night.

Gotta say it was a great 21 though.
