Paying gas is one thing, but one thing I have a problem with is finding the right mechanic to work on the maintenance. I am supposed to go to South Korea for work, but I have been refusing because I just bought my 8 and taking her there just doesn't seem like a good idea. I think there are only a few driving enthusiasts that drive the 8 there, and I don't have their contact information to ask if they have a good mechanic.

the key concern is "if there are qualified personell to work on my mazda with the dealer".
It's gonna be an issue because they dont sell the car there, and hence there is no training on an rx8.
Gas for one thing, is cheaper than water specially in UAE. at least it used to be. I don't know how it is now.
