car has been in an accident - - will the dealship take it back at the end of the leas
my car jus been a serious accident and is going to get repaired my question is at the end of the lease term will the dealership take my car back?

Is the car anywhere close to being totaled? If it's totaled, I hope that you have gap insurance.
If it's repaired, the repairs have to be good quality. If there are visible clues that the car was in a collision, the car will be inspected very thoroughly and any repair that is deemed out spec will be charged to you for correction.

Oh, there is absolutely no problem returning the car to the dealer at the end of the lease. You agreement probably requires them to take it, if you so choose.
The real problem is that accident repair may be deemed beyond "normal wear" and they may charge you big bucks for the additional "wear". If the accident is being repaired through your dealer, you may want to talk to them now about what issues may arise at the end of lease. If they say no problem, get it in writing now.
