And again, if you're going to state facts, state them correctly. By putting out CO2 AND reducing fuel efficiency, you're STILL damaging the environment. So again, it's either or, pick your poison. And if you were REALLY doing your part to conserve, you would not be driving a gas guzzling, non-fuel efficient automobile. Unless, that is, you are on this forum, driving a hybrid/fuel-efficient car and preaching to us about saving the environment.
And I sleep just fine at night. Thanks.

Whatever makes you sleep better at night. I know as a human being, I am doing my part to conserve. I only use things when I have to. Catalytic converter might put out carbon dioxide, but then it's no worse than you spilling out carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon. Heck, at least it's the less potent of the two. Rather than going into the personal attacks, I am just going to take a flyer on it. If you don't like what I say, don't read it. I am just stating facts. Removing catalytic converter is a federal offense, also you are damaging the environment. Lastly, your car is not going to be much quicker than before

As for tm, if you want to argue a point, get your facts straight first. By actually not having a cat, I am helping to reduce global warming and my car gets better gas mileage than with a cat, so I am reducing the amount of gas I burn.

How cats work.... I still don't see how you could think that running cat-less could possibly be better from an emissions standpoint. Although if you have any proof of it, Id love to see it.
Personally, Id just get the free cat replacement from the dealer and leave it on, especially if you have emissions checks where you live

alright well the dealer just called me and said they will cover the cat but that 2 coil packs are bad and that is what caused the cat to go bad ya ok i believe that so before they put the cat on i have to get atleast 2 new coil packs and because according to them there is an underlying problem that caused the cat to go bad which also means they want me to pay for the diagnosis too
