CEL intake valve open
I got a cel which was intake valve open im curious to see weither or not my intake has caused this its a aem cai although it shouldnt have caused it i can see mazda throwing the blame on it. as well at high rpms while driving hard my engine makes a aggresive gargling noise

1) You'll need to get the code that the CEL is generating to know for sure which valve is giving you this problem. Autozone will scan it for free.
2) Common one is P2070 for intake valves, but its good to verify first.
3) Gurgling sound could mean the MAF is contaminated and should be cleaned.
4) Check for excessive oil in the intake which can cause problems with both the MAF and intake valves. If you find oil, clean it out (clean the MAF anyway just to rule that out).

it is p2070 i used my obd today the gurgling is what scares me i dont want to be paying out of my ******* my 8 is from florida im up in canada so im curious on mazda will stil honour the 100 000m warrenty after i added my aem intake
